Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 193 & 319–Sessions Judge took cognizance against additional accused by invoking the powers of Sec. 193–Sec. 193 provides for taking cognizance for additional offence and not against additional accused–He can be impleaded by the way of Sec. 319–Order impugned deserves to be quashed and set aside.
