Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 11 & Sec. 151–While deciding a limited application under Order 7, Rule 11 r/w. Sec. 151, the learned Trial Court has ventured into recording extensive observations and findings touching upon the merits of the case, at such prematured stage–Such was neither warranted nor appropriate–Unnecessary findings on merits deserve to be eschewed from consideration–Ordered accordingly.
