Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 439–Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302, 323, 504, 506, 427 & 394–Order of granting bail–Sustainability–Allegations have been levelled on two occasions that the accused-persons have attempted to intimidate the original complainant and other identified witnesses in the effort to de-rail the trial–Accused persons were involved in a broad daylight murder which led to the closure of a market for a prolonged period of ten days due to their overwhelming influence to the area–Impugned order of granting the bail is liable to be set aside.
