Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 166A, 188 & 120-B [Corresponding Secs. 199, 223 & 61(2) of BNS, 2023]–Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989–Sec. 3(2)(va)–FIR for the offence–Sustainability–Com-plainant is a compulsive litigant and he has lodged approximately 20 FIRs against the petitioners–The allegations levelled in the FIR are already subject matter of dispute before this Court–Dispute is purely civil in nature–FIR deserves to be quashed.
