injunction–Dismissed by trial Court–First appellate against–First appellate Court decreed the suit by reversing the findings–Conclusion of first appellate Court that the land in dispute was not the plot no. 33 as claimed and the land was only the link from main road of plot of plaintiff–Further, the objection of suit barred by law is also negated as the land is divided in various plots–Held, suit was rightly decreed.
