Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006–Sec. 89–Scope–Provisions of FSSA shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force–The Section indicates that an overriding effect is given to the provisions of the FSSA over any other law.
