Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 307–Probation of Offenders Act, 1958–Sec. 4–Sentence of the petitioner was suspended and he was released on bail on 15.12.1993–Thereafter, he is living in society peacefully without there being any criminal antecedents–It would be appropriate to extend the benefit of Sec. 4 subject to certain conditions.
