Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420, 406, 120-B & 506–FIRs for the offence–Prayer for quashing–Allegation that the due payment was denied to be refunded–It cannot be said that the FIRs/complaints do not disclose the commission of offence–Whether the allegations are correct or not, it is to be decided after the evidence of parties–Merely because it is a civil/commercial transaction between the parties, is hardly a reason to hold that the criminal prosecution cannot be launched–Interference declined.
