Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 53A–Applicability–Revision-petitioner entered into the agreement with respondent nos. 1 to 8 having the knowledge of pendency of suit–He could not have better and valid right over the rights of the original transferor–HIgh Court rightly observed that the Courts have uniformly held that the limited rights of the tranferee pendent lite on the principle of lis pendens and such rights cannot be streched to obstruct and resist the full claim of decree-holders to execute the decree in their favour.
