Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 427(2)–Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302, 201 & 397/34–Where a person whose previous sentence is of life imprisonment and the subsequent sentence is also a life imprisonment, both have to run concurrently–Applicant has been convicted in two different and distinct offences and has been awarded life imprisonment is both cases–Both the sentences shall run concurrently and the parole or remission shall be considered accordingly.
