Indian Succession Act, 1925–Sec. 63–Will–Suspicious circumstances–Trial Court extended weight to insignificant events which may or may not take place in the normal course of human dealing–Non-disclosure of custody of Will by DW-3 to defendant no. 1 for several years has been taken as doubtful–Same is possible because S was bound to maintain the silence about the Wills during the lifetime of executor under her faith–Executor of Will trusted over him and handed over the original Wills to him as he was an advocate–It is not impractical rather natural–Disclosure of Will after the death of Executor is not a suspicious circumstance.
