Rajasthan Farmers Participation in Management of Irrigation System Act, 2000–Secs. 45 & 22–Order of dissolution of Committee as well as removal of petitioner from the post of Chairman–Pleas of petitioner that he had complied with the directions issued by this Court as possible as and the Superintending Engineer was not competent to pass the order–Acceptability of pleas–Petitioner is not issuing the water slips in favour of M in pursuance of the order of this Court and M submitted the application for taking appropriate action against the petitioner–Matter falls u/s. 45 and the Superintending Engineer is the competent authority for IGPN and other major irrigation projects–Petitioner has not implemented and complied with the order dated 19.10.2013, passed by this Court in its true letter and spirit–Held, no case is made out for interference.
