Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 10–Stay of suit–Application for–Dismissed–Justification –Suit for cancellation of regd. sale deed and permanent injunction against the petitioner–During the pendency of suit, the patta was set aside by the District Collector and writ petition against the order was filed which is pending consideration–Possibility of conflicting views in both matters–Even the provisions of Sec. 10 are not applicable in the present dispute, powers u/s. 151, CPC can be exercised–Proceedings shall remain stayed till the decision of the writ petition.
