Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 38(4)–Scope–Provision can be divided into two parts-
(i) Govt. may place any member of Panchayati Raj Institution under suspension against whom an inquiry has been initiated u/s. 38(1), and
(ii) a situation when criminal proceedings with regard to offence of moral turpitude are pending trial in a Court of law against the member of Panchayati Raj Institution.
