Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 38(4)–Order of suspension passed by invoking the provisions of Sec. 38(4), in such cases where the member of Panchayati Raj Institution was involved in the offence of moral turpitude–That would not be needed to be proceeded either by an inquiry or a show-cause notice.
