Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 9, Rule 7–Rajasthan Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1964–Ex-parte proceedings of eviction–Notices were duly served on petitioners–They took 22 opportunities yet not filed the written statement–Mere fact that the Tribunal draw the ex-parte proceeding soon after the counsel of petitioners withdrawn his power, does not render the proceedings to be irregular–Petitioners withdrew the application under Order 9, Rule 13–Now they cannot be permitted to raise the plea that the ex-parte proceedings were contrary to facts and law–Objection as regard to authenticity of serving the notice also was not be dealt at this stage–Interference declined.
