Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 498 A & 406–Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 177–FIR for the offence–Petition for quashing–No allegation against the petitioner nos. 2 to 5 in regard to handing over the dowry articles–Alleged cruelty was committed by petitioner no. 1 in Jodhpur–Held, FIR in regard to the offence committed by him is liable to be transferred to Jodhpur and FIR against the petitioner nos. 2 to 5 deserves to be quashed.
