Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9(i)–Eviction petition on the ground of reasonable & bonafide necessity–Allowed by Tribunal–Appreciation of–Death of land-lord will not entail the eviction as it was stated that he was murdered by tenant during the pendency of writ petition–Filing of eviction petition after delay of twelve years of retirement also not a ground to avoid the eviction–Further, the Issue in regard to bonafide necessity is the question of fact and no interference is required under Art. 226.
