Indian Succession Act, 1925–Sec. 63–Will–Attestation–Will shall be attested by two or more witnesses each of whom should have seen the testator sign or put his mark on the Will or shall have seen some other person sign the Will in his presence and by the direction of the testator or should have received by the testator a personal acknowledgment of his signatures or mark, or of the signatures of such other person.
