Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Sec. 25-F(c)–Section 25(F)(c) is not a condition precedent for retrenchment–It is a condition subsequent, but is still a mandatory condition required to be fulfilled by the employer before the order of retrenchment of a workman is passed.
