Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985–Sec. 50A–Compliance of provisions–Sec. 50A makes it clear that the controlled delivery operation can be undertaken by the Director General of NCB or any other officer authorised by him on his behalf–Memorandum was issued to authorize Mr. MK, Dy. Director General to look after the work of Director General of NCB, and he issued the order to authorize Mr. KS to undertake the controlled delivery operation against the petitioner–It cannot be said that there is any violaion of provisions of Sec. 50A.
