Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Sec. 10(1) (c)–Scope–If the Court finds on judicial scrutiny that the refusal of the Government to make a reference of the dispute is unjustified on irrelevant factors, the Court may issue a direction to the Government to make a reference.
