Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302, 201 & 120-B–Conviction–Appreciation and proper Section–Deceased was the husband of accused RG–Reliable testimony of PW 18 who is the son of deceased–Facts of the dispute between the deceased and accused RB, biting the finger of RG by deceased and pressing the neck of deceased by R were stated by PW 18–His presence was natural and testimony was found corroborated with medical evidence–Held, appellants were rightly convicted–However, no specific effect of injury was shown in medical evidence–Therefore, conviction is liable to be altered u/s. 304Pt. I.
