Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9(a)–Eviction on the ground of default in payment–Appreciation of–In earlier petition, rent was revised @1,470/- per month w.e.f. 1.4.2003–This amount was due and demand of same was incorporated in the notice before filing the instant petition–Amount was to be deposited within thirty days–Merely because the rent revised u/s. 6 was recoverable by filing the execution u/s. 20, same does not cease to pertake the character of “rent due” u/s. 9(a)–Held, findings of default in payment of rent were justified.
