Rajasathan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 97–Cancellation of patta–Appreciation of–Land in question was charagah and it was converted into abadi land subsequently after the period of five years of the auction–Concerned authority rightly exercised the powers in passing the impugned order.
