Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 190 & 193–Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Secs. 5 & 13(1)(d)–Special Judge took the cognizance against three additional persons who were cited as witnesses–Order was quashed by High Court–Justification–Order was passed by special Court after considering all relevant materials brought on record during the investigation–It was enjoying all the powers conferred on Court of original jurisdiction–Order of High Court is erroneous in law and deserves to be quashed.
