Rent Law–Eviction on the ground of bonafide necessity–Application for stay of eviction–High Court enhanced the rent from Rs. 175/- to 25,000/- per month during the pendency of revision petition–Subsequently dismissal of revision by granting the time of one year to vacate the premises–Market rate has prevailed Rs. 50,000/–Held, no interference is required and tenant is directed to vacate the premises within one month.
