Rajasthan Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2017–Rule 75–Cancellation of the order of renewal of the mining lease and declaration of supplementary agreement null and void–Ground that the Hon’ble Supreme Court has passed the order–Supreme Court has restrained the State Governments where the Arawali ranges and hills are spread, from granting fresh mining lease and renewal thereof–Such order shall in no way be construed to be prohibiting the legal mining activities which are being carried out in accordance with valid permits/licence–Petitioner-company was having a kicking right at least for extension/revival even in terms of the order of the Supreme Court–Impugned order quashed and set aside and Mining Engineer is directed to pass a fresh order.
