Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 41, Rule 3-A & Sec. 151–RAA stayed the operation of the order of trial Court without deciding the application seeking for condonation of delay–Though the BOR stayed the operation of order passed by RAA yet passed the order of status quo till next date of hearing–Impugned order of BOR nullifies it’s own order staying the effect and operation of the order passed by RAA–Set aside.
