Family Courts Act, 1984–Sec. 9(1)–Scope–Exclusive jurisdiction to hear a suit for custody of child is with the District Judge having jurisdiction in the place where the minor ordinarily resides–Minor child was residing in the jurisdiction of Merta–Held, Family Court, Jodhpur was not having the jurisdiction to try the custody suit.
