Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 151 & Order 7, Rule 11–To safe guard the rights of adversary in facing the litigation and prolonging his agony, even in absence of available grounds under various Clauses of Order 7, Rule 11, the Court can invoke the inherent powers u/s. 151.
