Indian Succession Act, 1925–Sec. 372–Appellant was denied the succession certificate in regard to the amount under the head of the LIC Policy and State Insurance Fund of the deceased-wife because father of deceased was the nominee in these heads–Amount can be received by the nominee but it can be claimed by the heirs of the deceased in accordance with the law of succession–Held, amount be released in favour of nominee and appellant, being the sole heir of the deceased shall be entitled to receive the amount from the nominee.
