Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 24–Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13–Prayer to transfer the proceedings–Petitioner-wife is suffering from cancer, and she is presently undergoing treatment for the same in Bikaner–She and her parents have been shifted in Bikaner in order to provide her good treatment–Proceedings for maintenance u/s. 144 BNSS are already pending in Bikaner–Courts are required to give more weight and consideration to the convenience of the female litigants and transfer of legal proceedings from one Court to another should be allowed–Transfer application deserves to be allowed.
