Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 103–Right of private defence of property which extends to causing death–It exists in case of four enumerated contingencies-
(i) robbery,
(ii) house breaking by night,
(iii) mischief by fire, and
(iv) theft, mischief or house trespass.
