Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9(a)–Eviction on the ground of default in payment of rent–Appreciation of–Respondent land lord claimed the rent Rs. 11,180/- per month–Petitioner tenant deposited Rs. 1,69,950/–in his bank account–He adjusted the amount of Rs. 77,000/- against the rent due for another premised let out to petitioner–Stand taken by petitioner that the amount could not be adjusted towards the rent of already vacated premises–Concurrent findings of Courts below that the rent was deposited by petitioner in regard to both premises–Further, tenant failed to produce any evidence in regard to adjustment of Rs. 2,000/- in pursuance of agreement of sale of underground–Held, no error was committed by Courts below in holding the petitioner-tenant liable for committing default–Interference declined.
