Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 324–Weapons used were lathi and batten–Submission of appellants that the weapons are not likely to cause death–Weapons are usely possessed by the police and submission cannot be accepted that the injuries cannot be caused by the wooden lathi and batten which may cause death–It depends on the manner of use of the weapon lathi and batten.
