Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302/34 & 307–Conviction–Accused waylaid the victims in the early hours of the fateful day while they were proceeding to other village–They were armed with dangerous weapons–Indiscriminate blows were given by their respective weapons–Long standing land dispute–Prosecution proved the motive –Injuries were sufficient in the ordinary course of nature to cause the death and these were caused intentionally–Held, conviction was justified.
