Rajasthan Court Fees & Suit Valuation Act, 1961–Sec. 65-B–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 89–Decree of specific performance–During the pendency of the appeal, parties settled the dispute following the spirit of Lok Adalat–Prayer for withdrawing the appeal and refund of Court Fees–Sec. 65-B envisages for the refund of Court Fees in the event of a compromise having arrived at between the parties–Directed accordingly.
