Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 65-B–CCTV footage were taken in a pen drive and it was produced before the trial Court as the Article-1–Certificate u/s. 65-B was not produced–Held, recording produced through the pen drive cannot be read in evidence–Further, the appellant left the temple at 11.50 AM and, thereafter, there is no recording wherein the appellant and deceased were seen together–Evidence cannot be relied on.
