Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 42(a)–Permanent Injunction & Cancellation of Sale Deed–Dismissal of suit–Allegation that the sale deed was a forged document and signatures of plaintiff’s father were forged–Further, the sale deed was void in view of provisions of Sec. 42(a) of R.T. Act–Observation of Court below that the provisions of Sec. 42(a) have been deleted w.e.f. 11.11.1992–At this point, father of plaintiffs was alive–Plaintiffs failed to produce the evidence as regard to the forged signatures–Burden was on plaintiffs, to prove this fact–Present suit was filed in the year 2019–Held, no case is made out for interference.
