Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 6, Rule 17–Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9–Petitioner-tenant sought to amand the written statement on the ground that the necessity of son of landlord has came to end–Rejection of application–Pleadings as regard to alternative accommodation were already on record–Therefore, the subsequent running of the business in the said premises/alternative accommodation, if any could be taken care in the cross-examination of the plaintiff’s witnesses–Application was rightly rejected.
