Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Secs. 9 & 84-A–Scope–BOR has no jurisdiction u/s. 89-A to interfere with interim orders passed by RAA, however, if the gross procedural irregularity is committed, it is the bounden duty of BOR to set right the same by invoking the powers u/s. 9.
