Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 9–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–While deciding the separate application unconnected with the interim order, S.D.M. vacated the same RAA as well as BOR also declined to interfere with the order on the ground of non-maintainability of revision against such order–Gross procedural irregularity which is impeaching upon the rights of parties–Impugned orders of BOR, RAA & SDM set aside and order of ex-parte status quo upheld.
