Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 376–Conviction–Appreciation of–Prosecutrix is found to be reliable and trustworthy–No further corroboration is needed and conviction can be sustained upon her sole testimony–No question was asked from the prosecutrix as regard to external and internal injuries on her body–Trial Court rightly disbelieved the plea of alibi raised by the appellant–Delay in lodging the FIR was natural and benefit of delay cannot be given to the accused as the prosecutrix was taken to the parental house and the FIR was lodged–Prayer of appellant to reduce the sentence is also not acceptable–Interference declined.
