Employee’s State Insurance Act, 1948–Sec. 2(9)–Employee–Ambit of–Persons who were selling the goods provided by appellant in market by using the trolleys provided by appellant and they have right to deal with the product in the manner they desire–It cannot be said that they were being paid wages in connection with the distribution or sale of the products of the factory so as to fall within the defination of employee.
