Sec. 151–Application with the prayer that the statements and evidence of defendant no. 2 be taken after the evidence to rest defendants–Dismissed–Appreciation of–Petitioner is unable to demonstrate the reason as to why the defendant nos. 1 & 3 to 5 be directed to lead evidence prior to him–He also failed to establish as to what prejudice would be caused to him if he is not allowed to lead evidence at a later stage then the other witnesses–Suit is for partition and every plaintiff is defendant who is having common interest–No case is made out for interference.
