Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959–Sec. 38–Proceedings under–Prayer for issuing the direction for early disposal–Proceedings are required to be thrashed out in priority, otherwise it may defeat the very purpose of formation of a public trust–Direction issued to complete the enquiry within six weeks.
