Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 90A–Applicability of provision–Land in question was seized and it was declared as bilanam–Land was residential and was used for commercial purpose–Sec. 90A can be invoked in case the agricultural land is used for non-agricultural purpose–Disputed land was not agricultural–Held, provisions of Sec. 90A could not have been invoked.
