Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B–FIR for the offence–Allegation upto effect that the petitioner prepared forged agreement of sale in back date and obtained the patta from the authorities–Police concluded that the offence has been made out against the petitioner as the first page of the agreement was on stamp of Rs. 5/- and it does not bear the signautres of complainant–Merely because the civil suit has been dismissed, this Court is not inclined to quash the complaint more particularly when appeal against dismissal of suit is pending–Declined to interfere.
