Rajasthan Court Fees & Suit Valuation Act, 1961–Sec. 38(1)/7(2)(a) & 7(2)(b)–Direction to pay the Court Fees as per provisions of Sec. 38(1)–Sus-tainability–Petitioner has filed the suit to declare the sale deed null and void and not for its cancellation–Further, he was not the party to the sale deed–Court Fees shall be payable as per provisions of Sec. 7(2)(a) or 7(2)(b) of the Act–Trial Court is directed to reconsider the matter.
